I just finished these two maple bowls.  I embellished the sides with some groves.

  I worked hard on this piece and it cracked. I will wait a few months for more drying and return it on the lathe.  Gary

Inspired by youtube to make this large piece.  Took 5 1/2 hours of effort.  Hope it does not crack.  Gary
