Linda will pick out a picture (s) of items she thinks I should try to copy on my lathe. It is a challenge. See the picture she picked out and then me working on copying it. I am many times successful. This is a work in progress. I started with a large log.

I just made this black box. I attempted to cover it's imperfections with black paint. Linda likes it in her room. Gary

These small vases are made using pecan wood. I intended to have them larger except I need to cut away the cracked wood. Part of wood turning. Gary

Just finished a new trivet and small bowl made of pecan wood. This is the hardest wood I have turned on my lath. Gary

The blue bowl is made from Pinion. The box is made from Mesquite. Linda plans put one of her miniature mice in the box.

I made this box from scrap mesquite wood that I was given. I was ready to throw it away and Linda persuaded me to try to work with it. She likes the look. I have six more chunks to make over a period of time.
